OVERVIEW
Target audience: Faculty and staff members who use Webtop and Captiva Capture to import and manage student and financial documents.
ScanPlus is a module used by scan and index operators to create electronic documents from scanned paper documents. This article provides instructions on how to configure the Fujitsu fi-7140 scanner in ScanPlus.
Configuring the Fujitsu fi-7140 Scanner in ScanPlus
- Open ScanPlus.
- Create a new batch.
- Select Settings from the menu.
- Choose Select/Modify scanner settings from the resulting list.
- Click on Select scanner....

- Select PaperStream IP fi-7140 #3 with PixTWAIN from the list of available scanner drivers and click Select.
- Select the Configuration name FUJITSU fi-7140 (FUJITSU fi-7140 with TWAIN). Check the box next to Display configurations for the current scanner only at the bottom of the dialog box, and click on Set as Current.
- Select Scan from the menu. You can now scan your batch.
The above process must be performed each time Process on which the new batch will be based is selected.
