If you would like McGill to provide a specific software or cloud service, first verify that we don't already have an approved cloud solution that meets your needs. See McGill Approved and Rejected Cloud solutions. If no solution meets your needs, please submit a request via the Software or cloud service acquisition webform.

Toad for Oracle (Quest Software) | Faculty & Staff Access to the software is subject to approval. Please contact the service owner and provide department, description of need and usage details. Tool for Oracle Application Developers, more widely known as Toad for Oracle is part of a database management toolset used to manage relational and non-relational databases using SQL. It is aimed at database developers, database administrators and data analysts. |
For software-related issues, please contact Quest The software license agreement between McGill and Quest is valid until June 27, 2026 and does not extend to any installation on personal devices. This license agreement covers the use of the Base Edition and Database Admin Module. |
