McGill MarketPlace is an e-procurement system for McGill staff to
Anyone with a McGill Username or ID can access the MarketPlace, browse the online catalogs, add items to a shopping cart, and assign (i.e., forward) to a Requestor.
Anyone "Sponsored as a Requestor" may place orders for goods and services (request a purchase order) using a FOAPAL.

Anyone with a McGill Username or ID can access the MarketPlace and add items to a shopping cart.
Note: To place an order, you must be sponsored as a "requestor" and have access to the Minerva Finance Menu.
There are two ways to access the MarketPlace:
Users with "shopper" access permissions will go directly to the MarketPlace application.
Requestors will be taken to the McGill MarketPlace Entrance form on the Minerva Finance Menu, from which they can click Shop with this Profile to enter the MarketPlace application.

You can add multiple shipping addresses to the same profile or create different profiles if necessary using the instructions found in My First Profile Shopping Profiles in the McGill MarketPlace (MMP) explained, available on the Financial Services website.
There is no cost associated with this service.
The service is available 24 X 7, except during planned maintenance or outages.
