Recreation Online Services is an online recreation management system available to McGill students, staff, alumni and members of the community (non-McGill staff or students).

Eligible Students:
All students must be registered in a current term to be eligible.
Eligible Employees:
Staff with a valid McGill ID card, including postdoctoral, retirees and employees on leave. Casual employees are not eligible.
Alumni and community members:
Alumni and members of the community (including any students or employees who do not meet the eligibility requirements listed above) can access a reduced set of online services. Additional services may be added over time.

If you do not already have an account, you can create one by clicking on Sign Up and following the on-screen instructions.
There is no cost to use the Recreation Online Services site.
Fees for memberships, classes, and intramurals are posted on the site and can be paid online by credit card.
If you do not have a credit card, you can purchase your services in-person at the Athletics and Recreation Client Services locations (Downtown) or at the Stewart Athletic Complex (Macdonald Campus), where payment can be made by debit card or credit card.
The service is available 24/7, except during planned maintenance or outages. Check the System Status page for announcements.
McGill users should not change their personal information, including email address, from the Online Services site. Such changes should be made in Minerva.
Always log out of the Recreation Online Services site and close the browser when you are finished. Never leave your computer unattended while you are logged in.
Credit card information and transactions are processed through a secure external site (not hosted on McGill servers) with the highest security rating; no credit card information is stored on McGill servers.

Employees of the Athletics & Recreation Unit who use the system for administrative functions are given job-specific training.
