McGill faculty, staff, and currently registered students can borrow or rent equipment for McGill related and non-commercial purposes.
Reserve the equipment at least two business days in advance using the online reservation request form, or by calling. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
For the MacDonald campus: a technician will reach out to you after receiving your request to book an appointment. Please, do not go to the Equipment loan office without an appointment as technicians are often on the go across campus.
Equipment can be borrowed without a reservation if it is available. Your McGill ID card is required. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of equipment you borrow.
