OVERVIEW
Target Audience: Intended for staff who are required to create financial (FIS), student (SIS), or employee (HRIS) reports with data from Banner, which are not available in Minerva.
Crystal Reports is used to generate reports and analyze Banner data. The following course is offered.
If you are not planning to create or modify reports and only need to access this information, you are not required to take this training. Please consult the Financial Services website for instructions on accessing and running reports: https://www.mcgill.ca/financialservices/reporting
Getting Started with Crystal Reports (OFT 700)
Prerequisites: GEN 300 – Introduction to Banner (highly recommended)
SAP Crystal Reports software should already be installed on your work computer.
