Monthly maintenance schedule for D2 and Records

Monthly maintenance window

Monthly maintenance for D2 and Records Management takes place on the last Wednesday of each month (with a few exceptions due to holidays, like St-Jean-Baptiste in 2026), starting at 9:00 p.m. and ending at 6:00 a.m. the following morning.

During these maintenance windows, the system may be slow or unavailable. In general, maintenance periods describe the maximum duration of disrupted service and are often shorter.

Note that additional maintenance periods may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Check the home page of the IT Support site for announcements regarding service interruptions outside of this maintenance period.

The following D2-related services and activities are also impacted by the Banner maintenance schedule:

  • Captiva (for both eStudent and Finance)
  • Some aspects of managing Student and Finance records in D2, which use information from Banner.
  • myProgress (graduate milestone tracking)
