McGill provides wireless network connectivity in all buildings, residences and many outdoor areas.
Guests visiting McGill may sign into guest.mcgill.ca by themselves, either by registering for a temporary username and password, or via their social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn. See Signing into Guest WiFi.

If you change your McGill Password and your smartphone / mobile device has a saved wireless connection, you may need to remove / forget the existing connection and then create a new one. To delete a saved McGill wireless connection, see Forget a WiFi network.
Devices, such as smart appliances and gaming consoles, that do not support McGill credentials (WPA2 Enterprise) may be registered to connect to the mywifidevice.mcgill.ca network. For more information see Register and connect a WiFi device with an assigned password.
