Forget a WiFi network

OVERVIEW

Target audience: entire McGill community

When you configure a wireless connection, your login credentials are usually stored during setup. Therefore, if you have recently changed your password, you may not be able to connect to the McGill wireless network unless you "forget" the existing wireless connection and add it again.

The instructions below use wpa.mcgill.ca as an example of a saved connection; however, the same instructions apply to other McGill wireless networks.
