Customize the shortcuts toolbar in the WMS

In the administrative interface of the Web Management System (WMS), you can customize the links on the shortcuts toolbar, which is located directly below the main administrative menu.

How shortcuts work

Shortcuts can streamline the site management experience by allowing Site Administrators/ Managers/ Editors to navigate directly to specific site administration pages (or tabs), such as those used to add and manage content.

You can add up to seven links to pages or tools.

The shortcuts within a site are global, meaning that if anyone with access to the administrative interface adds or removes a shortcut, all other Site Administrators/ Managers /Editors on that site will see the same links.


Add a shortcut

Add a shortcut to one of the administration pages or tools by simply going to that page and clicking the plus sign (+) to the right of the name at the top of the page.

Remove a shortcut

Remove a shortcut to one of the administration pages or tools by clicking on the shortcut link to go to that page and then click the minus sign (-) to the right of the name at the top of the page.

Edit shortcuts

To add or remove multiple shortcuts or rearrange their order, click Edit shortcuts at the right of the shortcuts toolbar. An interface similar to the one for editing menu items will appear. The following operations are available:
