uMobile is a centrally maintained administrative system that allows Procurement Services to manage the distribution and usage of McGill University’s mobile equipment and associated services for such things as smartphones, cell phones and mobile tablet data plans. It can also be used by individuals to view their own usage and billing history as well as order new services and devices.

All Faculty/Staff with McGill login credentials can access the system with base permissions (online form requests).
Other permissions (e.g., viewing personal bills, managing billing) will depend on your role.
Go to https://umobile.procurement.mcgill.ca
Sign in with your McGill Username and Password (first.last@mcgill.ca); you will then have access to the parts of uMobile that you authorized to use.
Any request to change uMobile permissions should be directed to umobile.procurement@mcgill.ca.

Procurement Services charges a $3.00/line monthly administrative fee to offset the cost of the software license and the management of the Mobile Service Program.
The service is available 24 X 7, except during planned maintenance or outages. Check the System Status page for announcements regarding service interruptions.

Always log out of the application when you are finished using it. Never leave your computer unattended while you are logged into uMobile.
