A site’s Dashboard in the Web Management System (WMS) makes monitoring the site's health easy to ensure that visitors get the best experience possible.
The Dashboard displays an assortment of helpful reports. It’s a good idea to visit the Dashboard routinely to identify and address concerns as they arise.
To view the Dashboard, log into your site and click the Dashboard link in the administrative toolbar at the top of the page.

It is normal to see a wide variety of users in the Site Users component, including users who no longer have any role. Authors shouldn't disappear. If the person has left McGill, their access to all systems is disabled. If they move departments, a request is needed to remove their permissions.
