The Work Study Subsidy Management system is an application for McGill employers of Work Study students to request, adjust, and monitor subsidy hours by term. Employers will use the system to obtain approval, track subsidy hours allocated and view usage.

McGill Work Study Coordinators and Administrators in the Scholarships and Student Aid Office (SSAO) can use this service.
Internal McGill staff who are Work Study Employers and their Delegates can use this service to obtain approval, track subsidy hours allocated and view usage.
Staff members can request access by completing the Work Study Access Request Form on the Work Study Web Site.
There is no cost associated with this service.
This service is available 24 X 7, except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Check the IT Services home page for announcements regarding service interruptions.
