Service overview
The Student Recruitment Management application (Slate, by Technolutions) is used to manage prospective students.
It is designed to manage the student recruitment lifecycle from prospective student, to applicant, to admitted student.
What's in it for prospective students?
Prospective students can:
- Book campus tours.
- Register for recruitment events.
- Receive email communications about general McGill information, faculties, academic programs, student services, application deadlines, and upcoming events.
- Update their selected academic interests and contact details.
What's in it for faculties / units?
Through the application, Enrolment Services, Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies offer a number of marketing services to faculties and units for Undergraduate and Graduate Studies programs.
It provides capabilities facilitating prospective student population management, event and campaigns management, communications, travel management and the ability to integrate prospect forms in the McGill websites.
Additional McGill units and faculties will gradually onboard the Student Recruitment Management application.

How to request & access the service
Staff
Staff need to request access by contacting Enrolment Services. Once access is granted, log into the administrative interface at: https://future.mcgill.ca/manage/
Prospective students, parents, and others:

Visit the Graduate Studies website to join the McGill mailing list for prospective graduate students.
Cost
There is no cost associated with this service.
Availability
The service is available 24 X 7, except during planned maintenance or outages. Check the home page of the IT Support site for announcements.
