Creating Speed Dials for your Cisco desk phone

OVERVIEW

Target audience: Faculty and staff members who have been provisioned with Cisco phone system and who have received a physical desk phone.

Speed dials allow you to call your frequent contacts by simply clicking a singe button on the phone, rather than entering the full phone number. They are the equivalent of having "Contacts" in the Webex app.
