The myServices appointment booking, powered by Q-Flow, is used by multiple student-facing service units at McGill, including Service Point as well as Scholarships and Student Aid, to provide centralized, user-friendly online appointment scheduling.
Students can book appointments directly from this online platform using a computer, smart phone, or tablet.
Service Point:
Used by Service Point (student-facing customer service arm of Enrolment Services) for appointment bookings as well as queue management (in the waiting rooms).

Scholarships and Student Aid:
Used to manage appointments related to Financial Aid on the downtown and Macdonald campuses.

Service Point: McGill undergraduate and graduate students, postdocs, and alumni.
Scholarships and Student Aid: McGill students who have submitted an In-Course Financial Aid application and are provided with a link to schedule an appointment with a Financial Aid Counsellor or those needing a Commissioner for Oath related to AFE documentation
If you are accessing this site from outside the McGill network you need to connect to the McGill VPN.
There is no need to request access to the service; eligible users can book appointments as described below:
Service Point: No request needed. The platform is accessible online via the Service Point contact page. Available to students and alumni with valid credentials. Prior students who do not have valid credentials are required to make an appointment. Please contact Service Point.
Scholarships and Student Aid: Eligible students will receive a personalized booking link (if applicable) in the "Comments" section of their financial aid application in Minerva. If students no longer have access to the link, they must contact Scholarships and Student Aid directly to request a new one.
There is no cost associated to use the platform to book an appointment.
The service is available 24 X 7, except during planned maintenance or outages. Check the home page of the IT Support site for announcements.

I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment that has already started.
Once an appointment has begun, you cannot make changes through the system. Please contact Scholarships and Student Aid for assistance.
I accidentally cancelled my appointment and want to book another.
After cancellation, the original link becomes inactive. Please contact Scholarships and Student Aid to receive a new booking link.

Note: Cancellation through the Outlook calendar will not cancel the appointment, you must do so on the myServices booking platform.

myServices Appointment Booking platform was put in place following McGill's cloud services acquisition process and McGill's cloud directive. They both can be viewed on the cloud services website along with other useful information about our other cloud initiatives.

Do not upload any sensitive personal or health information, only the documents required for your EEO assessment (ex: Budget form, endorsement letter).
Email notifications for confirmation, cancellation, rescheduling and reminders are sent from the email address: noreply@cxmflow.com
You can choose to receive SMS-based alerts by specifying your mobile phone number on the appointment confirmation page in your preferred language (French or English).
There is no formal training required. The booking system is similar to a number of other online appointment scheduling systems. It is easy to use and should not require any special equipment, knowledge or abilities.
