Service overview

Phoenix is a streamlined incident management solution that would take an incident from the initial alert to the final distribution of the reports with reduce processing time and effort. The application will help consolidate numerous processes and databases into one comprehensive system that will improve the way incidents are managed and information is stored.

It is primarily a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) solution to create incident logs, manage incidents, respond to incidents, track callers and security agents, maintain the intelligence database. Through subsequent releases planned, the Records Management Solution (RMS) solution will be implemented and help users create and process service requests, manage inventory, manage investigations, manage events, respond to major incidents, store emergency plans, manage contacts, manage business continuity planning (BCP), perform inspections and maintenance.

The service will consist of the following components:

  1. Incident Management
  2. Patrol management.
  3. Lost and Found item management.
  4. Inventory management.
  5. Investigations management
  6. Event management
  7. Training management
  8. Inspection and maintenance management
  9. Emergency management plan
  10. Business continuity planning

Note that the scope of the current version of the Service Catalogue is limited to Release 1 deployment. As a part of Release 1, only functionalities related to call card creation, management of call cards, automatic call card creation through emails, patroller check point management, and patroller route management and assignment to incidents, will be deployed.
