| STVCOLL | Error message: Failed to insert record when entering or updating a College Description. | Entry in Description field must be between 6 and 30 characters. |
| STVSBGI | Error message: Failed to insert record when entering or updating Source or Background Institution or Description fields. | Entry in Source or Background Institution and Description fields must be between 6 and 30 characters. |
| SAAACKL | Error message: Please check ADMR data. There is an error when attempting to delete the final item in a checklist. | After receiving the error, click X in the top left corner to exit the page. When prompted, click Yes to save changes. As a best practice, select all checklist items you want to delete and delete them at the same time. |
| SGASTDN | An error will sometimes appear when navigating to the Academic, Graduation, and Dual Degree tab if there is no data present. | This is the expected behaviour. You cannot navigate to the Academic, Graduation, and Dual Degree tab if there is no data to be displayed. |
| SZVPROG | Save button will sometimes disappear or be disabled. |
Re-open the Admin Page in a fresh incognito window. |
| SAAERUL | Can't change Group in key block. |
Leave the Group field blank in the key block. Enter the group only in the filter. After selecting Filter Again, you can change the group in the filter as needed. Note: the Group lookup (picklist) is not available in the filter. |

To use Banner Document Management in Admin Pages, you must set your Default Association Between Banner and AppXtender to Web Access Module for AppXtender using EXAUPRF. This is a one-time settings change which must be done in INB. |
